Magnesium Lignosulphonate is widely used in various concrete projects.
Magnesium lignosulfonate is a natural polymer anionic surface active agent, rich in sulfo
group and carboxyl, has better water solubility, surface activity and dispersion force, low
pollution technology processing and sucrose as raw material. Magnesium lignosulfonate is
widely used in all kinds of specific projects, such as granulation of concrete admixture,
strengthening agent, suspending agent, dispersing agent, filling agent, stabilizer, breeze,
fertilizer, feed, sand casting, etc.
Main performance:
(1) Water reducing agent of concrete
Reduce more than 8% water consumption, improve the workability and wear of
concrete, reduce the initial heat of hydration of cement.
(2) Binder of powdery and granular materials
It can be used in the press iron breeze, steam coal, sand casting iron and steel, floor
tile, etc. It has the highest stability and strength, also lubricates the matrix.
(3) Dispersant and viscosity depressant
Can be used as dispersant and the viscosity reduction agent in artesian well improve
liquidity of the transportation of crude oil and reduce energy losses. It can also be used
as cleaning agent, dispersing agent, anti-rust, antistatic agent of petrochemical products.
(4) Filler and dispersant of pesticide
It can be used in the production of deflocculant, dispersant and bulking agent of
pesticide to improve the suspensibility and wettability of wettable powder.
(5) Reinforcing agent of refractory material and ceramics
Usually, magnesium lignosulfonate can make atomic hard matted a strength of ceramic
wall tile and brick production process, when the temperature lower than 400 degrees, also
can disappear automatically, if the temperature is between 400 and 500 degrees Celsius.
When the volume is 0.002of the dry adobe material, the strength of the ceramic can
increase more than 20% of adobe 60%. But in the process of production, the speed of
temperature elevation in order to avoid the surface of the foam too fast.
(6) Additive of coal water slurry
If you add magnesium lignosulfonate manufacturing process of coal~water slurry, it can
increase the mill output, maintain system normalization, lower power consumption, increase
the thickness of the coal water slurry. Gasification process, it can also reduce the oxygen and
coal consumption, improve the efficiency of cooling gas, to reduce the viscosity of coal water
slurry~making it beneficial to reserve and transportation to some extent.
