Performance characteristics of concrete superplasticizer

In all concrete admixture products, research and the use of water-reducing agent is currently the most widely used. Superplasticizer admixture concrete mixture can improve mobility, ease of construction, and the construction process difficult to achieve, such as elevation pumping, self-compacting, self-leveling, etc; while maintaining slump unchanged, may reduce water consumption, increase strength (C6 ~ C100 can be formulated more concrete), to improve the durability; in the case of the slump and design strength to keep the same, you can save the amount of cement (10% to 25%), a favorable energy , saving and environmental protection.


Firstly, concrete water reducer in accordance with the classification and the main varieties "GB8076-1997 concrete admixture" standard, our country is divided into ordinary water reducer water reducer and superplasticizer categories.


1. The so-called general ordinary water reducer superplasticizer, refers to water reduction rate of not less than 5%, 3 days, 7 days compressive strength ratio of 10% or more, 28 days compressive strength ratio of less than 5% of water-reducing agent .Our main varieties of ordinary water reducer lignosulfonate (wood, calcium, sodium wood, wood magnesium, ammonium wood, wooden, potassium, etc.), sugar, molasses, calcium, and so on.


2. The so-called superplasticizer superplasticizer means can greatly reduce water consumption and improve the workability of fresh concrete admixtures. Standard water reduction rate must not be less than 10%, 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 28 days more than the compressive strength must be at 130%, respectively, 120%, 115% and 110%. Our main varieties superplasticizer naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate (naphthalene), sulfonated melamine formaldehyde condensate (melamine), Sulphamate, aliphatic and polycarboxylate superplasticizer, etc.
