The content testing method of Sodium gluconate

HPLC method:（High Performance Liquid Chromatography）

First weigh 1.5040g sodium gluconate, which have been well baking to constant weightunder 105℃, then dissolve it into ultrapure water and let to 500ml set.

Take 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, 8,9ml sodium gluconate liquor separately and diluted to 15ml by ultrapure water, use 0.45μm filter membrane filter them and then the samples will be finished as they are dealed by ultrasonic processing.

Then analysis them by HPLC instrument and select six of the point to be the standard curve.

The Mobile phase of High Performance Liquid Chromatography method is methanol: water: 1% phosphoric acid(2:48:50), its flow velocity is 1.0ml/min, column temperature is 25℃, samples size is 15μL, and the detection wavelength is 210nm.
